People should go to jail for Animal Cruelty because abusing animals is just the same as abusing people. Animal Cruelty intentional or behavioral problems in human beings. Animal Cruelty basically refers to any act of violence brutality or even neglect directed towards any animals. It includes abuse, use of animals in sports such as animal fights and also where animals are denied the basic necessities of food, water and shelter. Ninety-four percent of animal testing is done to determine the safety of cosmetics and household products leaving only 6% for medical research!
I really agree that Animal Cruelty should be stopped because it is just like abusing a person but it's an animal, what is the big difference between an animal and a human being. If people are going to abuse animals then it is just the same as abusing people like us. Animals can feel, learn, and do some same stuff just like people can too.

ReplyDeleteI think that animal abusers should be treated the same way that people that abuse people are convicted. It's pathetic that animals have barely no rights and have to suffer !

Chelsea I agree that animal abuse needs to be stoped and that animal abusers need to be punished but there is not much reason to stop all animal medical research (which includes humans too!) because it is mostly done on nonliving specimins donated that died naturally and were donated by owners,family,a zoo,or found in the wild.
